What is included in every package?

Is unlimited web hosting included in every plan?
Yes. Every package includes unlimited website storage and advanced Layer 7 web protection. Your game server has the separate NVMe allocation listed in your plan.
How does the included domain work?
Choose .st or .to and request an available, non-premium name. Registration is subject to registrar terms and availability. Registration and renewals are included in your hosting price for as long as your hosting package remains active. There is no separate domain renewal charge during that period.
Are these DMCA-ignored domains?
.st and .to are domain extensions, not a guarantee of a specific complaint policy. Handling of DMCA and other abuse reports depends on the registrar, provider and applicable terms. Your project must comply with those terms.
Can I move an existing Metin2 server?
Basic migration assistance is included. Choose the full migration add-on for hands-on transfer of your server, database and files. The scope and schedule depend on your current setup, file compatibility and data volume. Keep an independent backup before migration.
How long does setup or installation take?
All installations, migrations and configuration changes are carried out manually by our team — nothing is auto-provisioned. Depending on your plan, add-ons and our current queue, setup typically completes between 2 and 72 hours after payment is confirmed and you have provided any required details. This is a typical window, not a guaranteed deadline.
How many players can each plan support?
There is no reliable universal player limit. Choose based on workload, then validate with your server files, scripts and database. The Performance family uses vCPU allocations on Ryzen 9 9950X processors for demanding projects.
